A rolling stone gathers no moss!

Movement is the be-all and end-all for the human body. We were originally built to walk over hill and dale, and to do so every day for many miles. For man movement is natural. However, what do most, just the opposite. Let's look at the behavior of a so-called civilized man. In the morning after getting up he goes to work, usually by car, bus or train. Working all day and back in the evening. Maybe a few small steps during the lunch break and that's it. Not much happens in the evenings either. Maybe a touch more on the weekend. Only that is definitely not enough to give the body what it needs.

You're probably familiar with the famous statement, "A rolling stone gathers no moss!" That's such a shame and sadness when we maneuver ourselves into it. Through movement, an infinite amount happens in the body. Movement creates a completely different resilience, the body is better supplied with blood and strengthened. The sense organs take up valuable impulses by running in the free nature. The fresh air, the sun and the different colors are an enchanting elixir, not to say a fountain of youth.


Get into the habit of walking every day, enjoying the fresh air. Within a few weeks you will feel much better and also more efficient. Your life will gain a completely different quality. Don't refuse, just do it and do it.
